What happened to Facebook integration?

Effective April 30th, 2015, we are being forced to remove Facebook integration due to changes to the Facebook API (stuff that’s beyond our control). What this means is that your existing Facebook events will still be in the app, but you will no longer be able to sync with Facebook or post to a friend’s stream. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Why are my Contacts missing?

In Occasions+ you must first choose to sync with your contacts before their events show up in the app. To sync with your contacts, please tap + and then Sync Contacts.

Basic Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing a problem with one of our apps or with your device, in general, please try shutting down your device and restarting it. Rebooting a device can solve quite a few issues, especially if it’s been a while since your last shut down/restart. To shut down: hold the lock button until “Slide to Power Off” appears, then swipe.
